Please double check your t-shirt size before you order! It's an easy mistake to make, we've made it ourselves!
*Do not send anything back without first receiving instructions as this may delay or void the processing of your refund/exchange/credit.
If you order the wrong size or you realize you don't want the product:
Caught in Candy is a one man company that is donating almost all of its profits to causes. It's for this reason I hope you understand I can't offer returns at this time. I'm not a a Walmart that can absorb the costs (but i'll happily let you know if that changes)
Maybe you could gift your item to someone you love who might care about people, plants and animals as much as you!
If the product is damaged or not your order here's what you do...

All returns must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. We donate a portion of sales to a cause at the end of every month. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return/exchange instructions from our customer care team.
Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
Donation must not have been registered.
A ‘Return Request’ e-mail must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
DO NOT send item back before receiving a reply from email@example.com
All garments are subject to inspection
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and these are non-refundable. In cases of returns, the original shipping charge(s) are also non-refundable.
When will my purchase be refunded?
Refunds are issued upon return tracking number being provided for return shipment or failing that, upon receipt of return. You will be notified via e-mail that the refund has been processed. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
